A lot has been written about Tua Tagvailoa's injury last night and it has been covered from nearly every angle, but let's take a look at it from the standpoint of the University of Miami Health System, the organization that paid a lot of money to have their brand on the post interview backdrop.

As a communications specialist and brand ambassador, I'd be cringing if I was the University of Miami Health System and my logo was pasted all over different media channels, while head coach Mike McDaniel was answering questions postgame and talking about a potentially life threatening injury to Tua like he got the wind knocked out of him.
As an organization it is important to remember that your brand is out there for all to see and in this case shows a partnership between the UMHS and the Miami Dolphins. So when there is so much chatter out there about the Dolphins and how they handled this situation over the last week, its probably not a great look that one of their biggest sponsors, one that wants their logo shown on media channels across the country, is a health system.
So whether you are working for the Miami Dolphins or the University of Miami Health System, this is about what you are representing and what you are encouraging just by putting your logo out there.
Maybe the blank wall next to him would have been better!!
